Accreditation for the 3rd edition of the Gulf Film Festival (GFF), is reserved for members of the press/media and film industry professionals. Requests for accreditation may be made starting from
March 1st until the end of the Festival on April 14, 2010.
Please ensure before you begin your request that you have read all of the information provided.
NOTE: GFF does NOT provide travel or accommodation assistance. All registrants are responsible for their
own expenses while in Dubai at all times.

Before Accreditation will be accepted the online application must be completely filled in with your personal data as well as any other requested documentation such as your C.V. and/or information about your company (in DOC or PDF format).

A photograph at least 5cm x 5cm saved in JPG format @ 300dpi is also required.

Accreditation is strictly personal and non-transferable.

A limited number of accreditations will be available for every category, company, and/or organization; this means that your application alone neither constitutes nor guarantees your accreditation.
GFF may accept or turn down an application for accreditation at its sole discretion.
Validity:
The accreditation is valid for the duration of GFF (April 8 - 14, 2010); it must be clearly displayed and shown upon request to personnel in all areas of the Festival. Badges remain the property of GFF and must be surrendered upon request.
Picking up your accreditation
Accreditation may be picked up upon presentation of the acceptance email which will be sent to all confirmed and accepted registrants, as well as a valid photo ID at the Industry Registration Centre at the GFF offices.
The exact address, dates, and opening hours of the office will be provided in the email confirming your accreditation.

الثالثة من مهرجان الخليج السينمائي يقتصر على الصحافيين، والعاملين في مجال
السينما. يُمكن تقديم طلبات التسجيل اعتباراً من 1 مارس/آذار وحتى 14
أبريل/نيسان 2010.
يرجى التأكد من قراءة كافة الإرشادات والشروط بدقة وعناية.
ملاحظة: مهرجان الخليج السينمائي لا يوفّر أية مساعدة فيما يتعلق بتكاليف
السفر والإقامة، وعلى المشاركين في المهرجان التكفّل بكافة تكاليف إقامتهم في
دبي.
- لن يتم الموافقة على طلب التسجيل ما لم تقم بإكمال بياناتك على موقعنا على
الإنترنت، إضافة إلى إرسال كافة الوثائق كالسيرة الذاتية و/أو المعلومات المتعلقة
بمؤسستك (بصيغة DOC أو PDF).
- يرجى إرسال صورتك الشخصة على ألا تقل عن 5 سم × 5 سم وبدقة لا تقل عن 300 dpi
- يمكن للشخص المسجَّل فقط الاستفادة من التسجيل، وهو غير قابل للتحويل بأي شكل من
الأشكال.
- إن عدد الأماكن المتاحة للتسجيل في كل فئة محدود، لذا فإن إكمال هذا الطلب لا
يعني بالضرورة الموافقة على طلب التسجيل، ويحتفظ مهرجان الخليج السينمائي بالحق
في الموافقة على أو رفض طلب التسجيل وفق تقديره المطلق.
صلاحية التسجيل:
بطاقة المهرجان صالحة طوال فترة المهرجان (من 8 إلى 14 أبريل/نيسان 2010)، كما يجب
تعليقها بشكل واضح في كافة مناطق المهرجان، وتقديمها في حال طلبها من قبل الإدارة.
تعود ملكية البطاقة لمهرجان الخليج السينمائي، ويجب تسليمها إذا ما تم طلب ذلك.
استلام بطاقة المهرجان
لاستلام البطاقة يجب إبراز نسخة مطبوعة عن رسالة الموافقة (والتي سيتم إرسالها عبر
البريد الإلكتروني لكافة المسجلين الذين تمت الموافقة على طلبهم)، وبطاقة إثبات
هوية سارية المفعول تحمل الصورة الشخصية لمقدم الطلب. يتم استلام بطاقة
المهرجان من مركز تسجيل السينمائيين ضمن مكاتب مهرجان الخليج السينمائي في دبي
فيستفال سيتي. كافة المعلومات المتعلقة بمواعيد وعنوان استلام البطاقة
بالتفصيل سيتم موافاتكم بها في رسالة الموافقة على التسجيل، والتي سيتم إرسالها عبر
البريد الإلكتروني.
